Description:

This course will follow the lessons found in Saxon’s Algebra 1 course. Topics include (but are not limited to), the rules of Algebra; solving equations and inequalities; equations containing rational expressions, exponents, and radicals; factoring; basic statistics; and application problems.

Course Details:

This is a 2-semester course. Class begins Wednesday, September 17, 2025, and will officially end Friday, May 8, 2026.
Weekly classes will meet on Wednesdays & Fridays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM CST. Do note your time zone.
Holidays will be Thanksgiving week (Nov 24–28), Christmas & New Years Weeks (Dec 22–Jan 2), and Easter Week (Mar 30–Apr 3).

This course will use Zoom (click for system requirements) and Google Classroom (click for system requirements). You will be given a link and class code for Zoom and Google Classroom once you are enrolled.
